Kadi Addy

Board Member

Kadi Addy graduated with an Associate’s in Nursing in 2012, and then went on to earn her Bachelor’s in Nursing through Ohio University. Kadi’s first role in nursing was as a Registered Nurse on Labor and Delivery, and this is where her passion for women’s health began.

She earned her Master’s in Nursing from The Ohio State University and received the 2015 Outstanding Student Award. In July of 2015 she became a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She also earned a Post-Master’s certificate in Family Practice from Cincinnati University in 2020. In July 2020 in addition to Women’s Health, she became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Kadi and her husband, Jamison, have two children, and are active members of St. Nicholas Catholic Church.
