Her thirst for knowledge led her to pursue a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Capital University, where she majored in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, marking the beginning of an illustrious professional journey. Currently serving as an Advanced Scientist at Owens Corning Fiberglas, located in Granville, Ohio, Kathleen is an invaluable asset to this Fortune 500 organization with a global footprint in manufacturing.

With an impressive thirty-nine years of service, Kathleen's dedication has been recognized with numerous accolades. Her innovative spirit has garnered the prestigious Slayer Award for Innovation four times, alongside the Safety Distinction Award. A trailblazer in her field, Kathleen has contributed to seven United States Patents as a part of her illustrious career. Her commitment to excellence is underscored by her attainment of the industry's distinguished Green Belt Certification.

Kathleen extends her leadership beyond the professional realm, serving on the board of trustees for the Spirit of Women organization. Her remarkable contributions to the field have been acknowledged with the esteemed Women of Achievement Award in the Southeastern Ohio region.

Alongside her husband, Dr. Michael Bullock, Kathleen proudly shares the joys of parenthood. Their daughters, Pamela (Kendall) Stevens and Jennifer (Gerald) Moore, and their grandchildren, Ka’Niyah, Michael, and Jakobi Stevens, Noah, Harper, and the dearly departed Miles, enrich Kathleen's life and serve as a testament to her unwavering dedication to family and community.
